I've never heard of Old Country Buffet, so I'll say Chili's. I absolutely LOVE that restaurant.

Even though I only like their breakfasts. I had a bad expirence with Chilis food once.

Neither, they are both way gross but if I had to pick I would choose chili's because they have good soups.
