Need quick help on this///?

Ok i have case against old country buffet, i was walking down from the snowbank i slept on the edge of the snowbank on the sidewalk and i broke my leg, there was no snow on the snow bank, and the sidewalk was salted but not the edge of the sidewalk, should i still be suing..!Need quick help on this///?
You're suing THEM because YOU fell down?? If there was snow, and the footing treacherous, then it's incumbent upon YOU to walk carefully. Unless they went out there with a hose and intentionally iced it, why is it THEIR fault? It also sounds like you were walking through a "snowbank", which is not where you're SUPPOSED to be walking....sounds pretty clearly like an accident that was your fault to me.Need quick help on this///?
If you slipped and fell and hurt yourself on THEIR property, then you have a right to attempt to sue them. I would call 2-3 local lawyers and ask them to represent you. The restaurant has a legal responsibility to provide a safe place for you eat or shop, or they should not open. This is common sense. If you slip in a mall, you can sue the mall. You may or may not win, but you certainly have the right to fair legal representation. It's not your fault if you slipped and fell on their property because they have a responsibility to keep it safe and clear of ice. Too many stores and restaurants shirk their responsibilities and do not shovel snow or put salt on iced over areas because they don't think anyone will fall or are simply lazy.

Good luck.Need quick help on this///?
Your best bet is to get a lawyer and ask. He/she can do better research than any of us. Plus he can know exactly which store you're talking about, if there is a history etc. But I don't think you'll win.
