How much food do I need to feed 110 people?

I am having an at home country wedding and we are having a buffet style dinner with a BBQ. We're thinking boneless chicken breasts and roast beef. We're also have corn, veggie platter, buns and salad. What i'm most concerned about is the mean and corn? Does anybody have any ideas on how much we would need for about 110 people? I don't want to be short food!

1st of all have someone serve at the buffet station some people seem to go over board when serving themselves..as far as food goes for the chicken beast you would 1 beast per person so maybe 120 chicken breast,as for the roast beef I would say 1whole roast beef per every 8/10 people. And as far as the corn you figure 1 ear every person and 10 cans of beans. How much food do I need to feed 110 people?
I am no expert but to be safe (I think) 2 breasts per person, 1/2 lb of roast beef per person and 2 ears of corn per person. Tweety IS right on having someone serve for fear of self doggie baggers. I would rather YOU get the leftovers than some greedy guest. I feel bad for saying that but it happens. How much food do I need to feed 110 people?
Very easy: for lunch, figure 4 oz of meat, 1/2 veg and 1/2 carbs

Dinner figure 6-8 oz for meat 3/4 cup each veg and carb

This is how we figure in the cooking business. Perfect formula
a ******* lot.
