We all know that a bar can be sued or lose its liquor license?

if the staff continues to serve a drunk customer more alcohol. Can Old Country Buffet be sued for continuing to serve slop and scudge to the porcine and morbidly and obscenely obese freaks that frenquent their trough of a buffet? We all know that a bar can be sued or lose its liquor license?
You know you love it.
Ha ha ha. Here is the difference my friend. A person who is drunk can hurt others if he gets in his car and drives. A disgustingly fat, obese person can just explode, i.e. hurt himself, not others. Same principal applies to drugs. For example, tobacco has nicotine which is highly addictive. But tobacco is legal because it doesn't impair your ability to think, drive or work, so it doesn't put others at risk. So the key is the potential of harming others. We all know that a bar can be sued or lose its liquor license?
The obese person is only hurting him/herself....not others. That's the difference.

Were you recently offended by seeing an obese person at the Old Country Buffet?
They can't be held liable , because someone can't control themselves . If an obese person wont get help , I say tough noogies for themWe all know that a bar can be sued or lose its liquor license?
