Three weeks ago I ate at Old Country Buffet?

This morning I have unbridled flatulence and fierce and unrelenting diarrhea. Oh, whatever shall I do? Do I have a solid legal case here? Oh, God, whatever shall I do?Three weeks ago I ate at Old Country Buffet?
Ok well if your question is legitimate, I would say no. It has been three weeks. Most illnesses from food poisoning occur withing 24 to 48 hours after eating the contaminated food. It is possible that you ate something else that made you that ill. Possibly something at home, on the road, in the office, or at a friends. So just think about what you ate yesterday and the day before to figure it out.
Oh man I feel you here. Where I live its called the Hometown Buffet, and I remember something I ate there one time had me hurling the next day. Just try to eat light foods, like saltine crackers and soup and drink club soda or 7-UP.Three weeks ago I ate at Old Country Buffet?
It is usually in a 12 hour period that food poisoning appears. I do not think you even have a laughable legal case.

Heres what you do. Don't eat there. I don't care if it's cheap, tastes good, or seams like a good idea at a time, it is not a good idea.

If you feel like you are truly sick because of their food, then write them up in the better business burrow. Or if your company has a news letter, write it up in that.

I hope you feel better . If it really gets bad, then please go see a doctor.

Buffets are disgusting. The food is left exposed for everyone's hands to dip into. These restaurants put up these semi glass partitions aka "sneeze guard" but that does not do anything to protect you from people who are not using proper procedure when dishing out their own plates. Everyone's hands are on those tongs that are placed back into the food. I have seen children attended and unattended sticking their hands in the food and the parents make no attempt to alert the staff that the food has been contaminated. It is just a large breeding ground for viruses and bacterial contamination. Unless you have a digestive system of steel then I would recommend staying away from such establishments.
