It is the whipped butter that has some sorts of herbs in it and it is so good. I don't need a recipe...but does anyone know what exactly is in it? Thanks.Anyone know the recipe for the herb butter at old country buffet?
My herb-butter is made by whipping butter (brought to roomteperature) with salt, pepper, lemonjuice, and chopped fresh herbs like parsley, lovage, majoram, and basil.
Chill for about an hour and shape into a roll, using bakingsheet. Chill the wrapped roll.
Cut into slices, when ready to serve.
