I am looking for a recipe for the egg and broccoli dish served at the old country buffet?

get some pastry and line your pan with it, then mix your egg and broccoli like scrambled and pour into pan. you can sprinkle with cheese or mix it in you can pretty much put anything in. Its a good thing as Martha would say! sort of like quiche i guess.you only want to put about an %26lt;inch of mixture in the pan so use appropiate size
